INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Individual coaching sessions help high-potential staff heighten levels of self-awareness, bringing forth their purpose, values, and skills in their professional sectors. Clients will understand their strengths from a new perspective and actively apply them to grow into strong leaders with personal/professional growth.
TEAM COACHING
Team coaching is a powerful tool when facing an organizational challenge, or to build trust, mitigate conflict, and encourage communication and collaboration. Group members will use their relationships, shared experiences, and interpersonal awareness to support the team’s goals. Team coaching can involve an entire team or two or more members who want to tackle a specific project or transition.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Participants will be introduced to the model of Co-Active Leadership which takes participants beyond the traditional top-down model of leadership. By engaging creativity through the non-linear right-brain, participants will embody the dimensions of the model, followed by a discussion to explore applications in their daily work life. Special attention will be focused on creating concrete accountability measures.
DEVELOPING A VISION
Through facilitated group exercise(s), the team will explore their vision from different perspectives, gleaning new information about how vision is understood, what themes and values exist, and what possibilities are at hand to further the vision. Participants will harness the increased potential from the lower levels of reality which are often ignored once a vision document is in place.
COMMUNICATION
Participants will learn about the four relationship toxins that are known to degrade working relationships and their antidotes, skills to increase positivity in relationships, methods to give and receive feedback skillfully, and a personalized conflict protocol to mitigate the impact of toxins when they do arise. They will also gain the skills to productively engage in the three levels of listening (self, other, and emotional field), enhancing their work relationships in varying contexts.
RELATIONSHIP SYSTEMS INTELLIGENCE (RSI)
RSI™ accelerates collaboration, supports creative thinking, and redirects focus from individuals within the system to the whole system as one entity. This shift enables leaders and teams to move beyond personal conflicts to a positive, generative group identity. Participants will design a team alliance, understand the different voices within the system, and increase alignment around issues the team is facing.
NAVIGATING CHANGE
Building on a basic understanding of RSI, participants will learn about how change occurs in organizations and to navigate change with greater ease. Topics include the ground conditions for change, assessing factors for and against change, incorporating multi-perspectives into a change plan, and addressing those who do not align with change.
RAISE YOUR GENDER IQ
In service of creating an enabling environment for the Secretary-General’s Gender Parity Strategy, this workshop contributes to the development of a gender sensitive workplace in the Secretariat. Participants will learn to communicate effectively about different perspectives around gender, design the culture they want to create, flesh out a vision for an All Gender Workplace, and identify actions to bring that vision to life.

The Leadership Circle combines the field of leadership development into a 360o assessment tool that is business relevant, supported by metrics, and has a successful track record. The Leadership Circle Profile will assess leadership qualities in individuals and workplace cultures.
Team Coaching International (TCI) offers a variety of team diagnostic tools that look at different dimensions of team performance to improve team productivity- and positivity competences.
